New Genesis Inc. is a faith-based community center offering child daycare, community youth, and family services. The center provides a range of programs including computer coding, after-school activities, summer feeding programs, and community fairs. Additionally, New Genesis Inc. stands out from other providers by offering a holistic approach to childcare and community services.
MISSION & HISTORY
Pastor Joel A. Brook Jr.
Founded in 1981 by Joel A. Brooks Jr., New Genesis Inc. refocused its mission in 2000 and expanded its work as a community service organization dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of families and children. New Genesis Inc. has consistently engaged with the community through surveys and needs assessments to ensure our programs directly respond to the needs of those we serve. These ongoing conversations with community members guide our approach and help us deliver meaningful, relevant services. As a result of expressed community needs, New Genesis currently offers an Early Childhood Center, after-school programs, and summer literacy programs. Each initiative is designed to support children and families by promoting academic success, providing safe and nurturing environments, and strengthening literacy skills year-round. Our commitment to listening to the community ensures that New Genesis remains responsive, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of the community.
