Job Training

 

 

New Genesis is one of  the largest year round job training site for Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) where participants work as classroom aides and assist after school coaches with classroom activities. High school students from local schools, such as Kalamazoo Christian, also assist with mentoring and tutoring. Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) will continue to recruit mentors and then train and oversee mentor /mentee matches.
